On field decision stood for the first try. The ridiculous protocol means what would have been a benefit of the doubt try under the old system Thaler had to give as no try as it wasn't conclusive, especially the angles from the main stand side.
In the other one, and Sky didn't pick this up properly, the Hull player without the ball was offside at the previous kick and never became onside. He then effectively involved himself in play by running along with the ball carrier and stopping the Rovers defender from getting at him. The decision was correct.
