To be honest with you i don't know what the clubs ambitions are for the playoffs it would be good to here from the board on this. At the end of the day if it stays as one up and one down in one off rugby why cant we beat fev or Toulouse that is if it comes down to that we or them might get beat by a other side first.
I get where he is coming from but we have let players go through the season and not brought any replacements in, we are down to the bare bones with only squad players who to be honest would probably not stnad out in League 1 as back up and I can see the season just fizzling out. As said we need to win 3 out of 5 to get 3rd. I can see us losing to Haven and Fev which makes Sunday a must win if we want 3rd and a home tie against London/Haven. We really should win that and then it will be over to Fev where we won't win with the current team.
To be fair its about what I expected before the start of the season but with us been in this position I would have hoped we would have made a real push to at least give us a shot.

Some tough games coming up Fev away is a deffo 0 points and Widnes away Batley at home could easily end up the same way, Haven too will not be easy. End of the day we have a bit of a cushion against those chasing and it's in our own hands which after Oldham I would have taken.

The way we've been the last few games, nomatch can be considered a definite two points. But...we've won nine on the trot with a pretty much shattered squad so you've got to give Simon and the lads huge credit for that. Up The Fax!

Not sure why everyone is so pessimistic, other than we are all ‘Fax fans. We’re not playing that well, games are tight but in the end we are winning them and all the other teams will be worried when they see us up next. Third place should be ours but as long as we get the playoff place that was what we all asked for at the start of the season, isn’t it? Long term, well I guess the further we go the more money we should generate and that is a positive. Up The Fax!
I can see Marshall making a real go of it at salford. All the green shoots are planted ready for next season .its probably taken longer than he wished but I can feel it coming together

To be fair to him I did predict he would be sacked by the end of this season. Will have to change to early next season instead. Leigh have probably saved him this year.
