"Stay Healthy Start Writing" is the title of an article in the July issue of the Forty 20 magazine. It makes readers aware of the importance of keeping mentally as well as physically fit. This is something that not only applies to older people but also to younger players when they finish playing . My suggestion to achieve this is to spend some time each week working on writing a novel based on your own life and times. This is something that I started to do in 1988 as a hobby and have enjoyed doing it ever since. My six novels are all based on the old saying about work that "They could write a book about this place. It would be a best seller" and are set against a strong rugby league background. I have also written three pages of general advice to encourage other people do something similar. I suppose we could all write a book on following Fulham, Crusaders, Broncos, Quins & back to Broncos but fear it would impair our mental health not improve it!

Was going to say you have too much class to go anywhere as daft as The Totally Wicked Stadium, then I remembered Wet Spam are owned by the porno boys & your ground is being paid for by the rest of London.

The sooner they are gone the better, all it has been for the two of them, is a way to make extra money, keep giving the club money, charging a large interest rate, was hoping they would accept the £400 Million on the table offer, No that is not enough for them! as you say a club that does not own it's own ground!

Just a bit of banter jaybs, Lord knows Fulham have had their share of scumbag owners like Ernie Clay & David Bulstrode (first man to die of a coronary who didn't have a heart) but the money is so vast in football you can see why it attracts that sort.
