nice to see a distant relation of mine, young hookem ,in the team.
born in airlie str,1939.german landmine that fell on boulevard, also blew up half of our house.thats why i dont like germans.not because they blew our house and boulevard up,but because the gerry pillock was aiming for craven park.
Good on the club for getting a squad together for this. Realistically if Catalans are on form they should win with plenty to spare. Hopefully certain posters wil bear that in mind before they hit the 'Submit' button.
Gets the suspensions for Savelio, Johnstone and Wynne out of the way, of course.

Its likely to be around 30 degrees in Perpignan at kick off time so have to question does playing this game with such a makeshift squad to get Savelio back actually benefit us at all . If we were going to cancel a game it should be this one

Its about fulfilling our obligations to get fixtures played. Its not a game I'd be expecting to win currently anyway so might as well get it done and have as many players available for the derby as possible. We've been cleared to play and can legitimately assemble a squad so unless we want a 24-0 walkover awarded against us then we presumably have to play. FWIW it seems the club have done everything they can to get the game on rather than cynically trying to play the system which should be lauded.

I’ve watched him a few times EY, against Lancashire he was all but running the show, but he made a couple of errors not finding touch from penalties, very busy all match, not outstanding but noticeable. It’s good to finally see these lads coming through.
IMO lots of positive things to play this. Get our games played up. Taylor match time. 3 players banned to end. Give youngsters game time. I really hope the usual suspects bear the weakness of our squad before having a go at the lads.
once a black and white always a black and white COYH

Spoken like a true supporter.
Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?
