Right on his doorstep so makes sense but I do wonder if we thought about bringing him in, or perhaps more importantly, whether we are thinking about getting him back for next year. Not sure he’s developed in his time in the North but might be a good fit for us if we don’t dawdle over recruitment.
Of those players that have left London for Wakey over the since we were relegated from SL. Only Jay Pitts has done well. The others have come up short. Alex being one. All the same they were decent players when they were with us. Perhaps Wakey should take a good look at themselves. They are serial underperformers for a reason.

Walker is a confidence player. He played well with his mates in London. Good under the high ball, chasing high kicks, reasonable returner of the ball etc. Not a tough defender, or straight line runner
Eddie Battye last season was the darling of the Wakey fans. This season they claim he is not putting the effort in that he did previously. Some now say, they should not have signed him.
