Agreed, Wynne is the long term future at FB, he needs a run in the position to develop being able to link up and this then might make it simpler re Shaul's future at the club. As much as I feel Shaul under Hodgson would have improved, and between him and Connor still feel he was the better FB overall (taking everything, not just passing in the final 20, into account) we can't have a young lad on the books who will be 3rd or 4th choice because we'll lose him, much as we have lost others in other positions.
Swift has to stay on the wing and we play players in their primary positions unless we have no other options.
