Better than where we we here a few weeks ago, but you’d think they would have set that match to 60,000 too
Its also curious what they are doing with the results of these test events. In Liverpool the other month a rave was held with testing on the way in and studies later showed no spike in infections occurred, but since that successful event, im not aware of any similar events going ahead.

My point was, the Euro games were not designated as part of any experiment. They have merely been allowed due to pressure ( financial or otherwise) being applied by the football elite. Also no quarantine for arrivals from amber countries. In light of this I’d be surprised if some restrictions are not lifted on 5th July.

If Pearson knew the clubs finances were in a right mess, and he was spending the top limit of the salary cap, then why did he sign Josh Reynolds of a big fat salary?
He is spending beyond his means, and that his own fault.
Hull KR = A 100% Hull Team
Hull FC = 50% Hull, 50% Gateshead

Maybe you should have advised him 9 months ago that the best he could expect was 5000 passholders, no more than 5 unrestricted home games, and the SMC bending over backwards to make life as difficult as possible.
Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?

Don’t know where you get your figures from, re “no spike in infections”, as government has not released the figures. And Liverpool councils figures show an increase in cases. If there had not been a huge spike in cases don’t you think the government would shout it from the roof tops. https://liverpool.gov.uk/media/1360836/ ... ternal.pdf

Lots of things are easy with the benefit of hindsight. The clubs and most supporters believed that a short delay to the season start was enough to start the season in front of crowds.
Pass sales were always likely to be down, but by how many was an unknown. While I have renewed, I understand others not renewing as so far we have been able to attend 1 game and tommorow's game is a pretty much a B-list lineup due to the farce around the England game. It hasn't been value for money so far. The size of the KCOM also means people don't fear 'losing their seat' by not renewing, one nearby will still be there next season.
Merchandise sales will also be well down as you can do the best marketing in the world but some items people only buy to wear at games, such as scarves when its cold, on a match day hundreds enter the shop.
