I think there is a bit of a conspiracy but it makes sense. Clubs need money and fans are the cash cows. They have to try get the most milk with the least amount of moo.
By the sounds of the Leigh statement they have been losing money from people pirating the Our League stream. So they reacted by shutting it down at the first opportunity. Now they've had to backtrack after the Covid announcement this week.

I managed to get a single ticket Smithers. Dropped through my letterbox yesterday.
