What’s the issue with putting stands up at Horsfall?

Council refuse to license ground for more than 5000. Which would only be a problem for a couple of games a year at Championship level but would effectively mean we would need to relocate again if we got promoted.

Also a problem if we draw a SL team in the cup - e.g. Leeds.

The pitch at odsal will (supposedly) be back up to specification width by the next home game after Newcastle so how much longer term thinking is needed?

we've got dispensation to use Odsal for Newcastle game. Why on earth would we spend money putting temp stands at Horsfall for a game we can play at Odsal?. Plus we'd miss entertainment value of watching everyone whine about the pitch size .
