Round 4 sees us away at Whitehaven. What are your thoughts? Same team again? What’s up with Gallagher? And is there any report on Murphy and England?

Kear said Murphy was winded so hopefully nothing serious.

Another tough game. Obviously any game in Cumbria is tough. But Whitehaven have started this year well. Beat Dewsbury in Cup. Beat Newcastle (who just beat Sheffield) and were in the game against Fev until Fevs quality allowed them to pull away. Expect this to be another tight game. I know I'm repeating myself but if we don't perform, we won't win its that simple.

There's an opportunity for us to string some wins together here.

Same line-up for me.

Good to have competition for places. DFJ should keep his place for this week.

I think the only 2 players missing that I would put into a winning side would be Hallas and MDJ. I wasn't aware MDJ was fit? Although I don't remember a statement regarding his injury at the time.

I think with MDJ they said they hoped he would be fit for Whitehaven, if not would be for week after. IMO there is no need to rush him back this week. Not that I’m saying the game is easy just the two wingers from last week don’t deserve dropping for a man that is just fit at best. Give him another week

MDJ injured again in training. Another 4-6 weeks until he is back.

Theres a story in the T&A , having a scan on his knee due to a reaction in training . Don't know about the time scale with his other injury though.
