It's a strange one why so many northern players can't manage to conduct their lives a couple of hundred miles from home

Cos they are not as tough as the northern lasses. The girls managed it and loads are still down here from the age of 19. Running home to mammy - what a load of Jessies

Will always remember my first trip to Keighley in early 80s & meeting some very rough women. Would have put the fear of God into the Waffen SS let alone us soft Southerners. :D

For those that have not seen it. The wimbledon afc vote was 241 for 20 against 1 abstain just shy of 92% in favour if the broncos sharing the ground

Was it a vote of the full membership of the Trust? If so shows a rather apathetic attitude to the Broncos question as they say they have over 3000 members.

AFC must be counting on an attendance "bounce" returning to Merton as for season 2019/20 at Kingsmeadow they average 4316 in a 4850 capacity stadium. So they will need a huge increase to the average to service the debt which i think may be a struggle after the honeymoon period. If they are relegated, even more so but happy to be proved wrong. The Broncos money could be vital for them. As said elsewhere, can see no reason why AFC fans would turn up unless season ticket holders get a free ticket like 1980 Fulham as the team is a long way short of what Fulham introduced London to in 1980.
