I, like many others, are worried about the future of our game, particularly how some of these Championship clubs might survive the fallout from COVID and over a year without matchday revenues.

Could we see some historic names go to the wall? Hopefully not.

Which of those Championship clubs seem to have the most sustainable model and ability to pull themselves out of all this in reasonably robust shape? Who will emerge from this to challenge for a Super League place in the next few years?

I can comment on Bradford. We've a proven track record of being a sustainable club, solid and stable ownership underpins our sustainability, coupled with the revenues generated from using our modern stadium for cup games and corporate events.

Or, in reality as will surprise no one its all a bit grey when it comes to the Bulls as it has been for many years. The stock car renovations and shared upkeep of Odsal are supposed to make it a sustainable ground to play at. As the millstone of a decrepit stadium has been a huge factor in our financial predicament you would think that would help. I remain completely unconvinced that Stock cars are the great saviour. In my opinion Odsal will continue to hold us back.

Then there's the opaque ownership structure. Nigel Wood and family have the biggest chunk but he has shown very little appetite (pun intended) to take on more responsibility, and has pretty much been entirely silent about any vision whatsoever for us. So I can't say we are sustainable and we are not credible candidates for promotion right now.

A few have said similar, in the Super League 12th place thread. But quite a lot of fans seem to have a problem with their fans and don't want them anywhere near Super League.

Plus the access to POR is worse than Belle Vue or Wheldon Road.

I thought the question asking for an answer, was which Championship club(s) were sustainable.
Other questions, about other matters, did not seem to be included.
Toulouse would be another club that,in my opinion, would be sustainable.

Yes, it was. Why do you think they're the most sustainable?

Genuinely interested, I don't follow the Championship enough. One of the reasons for this thread.

Depends. If you go on the train, it's one of the easiest grounds to get to. Usually change at Leeds, then at Featherstone you literally walk across the road.
