We looked comfortable until all the changes and the academy lads took to the field. Some poor misses in defence which need tightening up. Good to get a hit out and no injuries is always the main thing.
Need to learn how to defend 40-20s. Brough looks good and you could tell the lack of communication when he went off. Think he could do some damage for us this year. Thought Lilley was quite poor.
Swinton always a tough team and unsurprising the academy lads struggled. Hopefully some of the lads who missed this week are back for Keighley and we get a more consistent line up.

First and foremost, I’m glad the Bulls are back playing after so long away. That was a long stretch to withstand without any team to support.
We looked OK in the first 40 mins when we had pretty much our starting 13 playing. As others have said, we fell away quite a bit in the final quarter. The result really doesn’t matter as we need to give everyone a run out but I felt we should have been strong enough to win the game. On to the Keighley game next week!

Yeah clearly once you get past the first 17 we have a bit of a drop in quality. Thought some of the regulars looked sharp like Pickersgill, Oakes and Flanagan.
Scurr looked decent when he came on. The new winger Wallis was OK and Hamlett in the centres was alright in the first half. Dawson Jones looked good.
Agree about Lilley who was off it. The yellow card was needless and the rest of his game wasn't great.
Ant Walker looked alright but I was surprised how fat he was. He's not going to survive on the field with the new rules in that condition.
Useful run out for everyone.
