So, to be clear, what exactly is it you can't grasp about 'not in any particular order of significance?'
You are the son of David Icke, and I claim my £5.

In his defence though, when people say things like that before making a list, it often actually is in order. They just don't want to stick their neck out too much so they say, "no particular order."

Inglis could go either way. If he still has half the talent he had in his prime he will go well. Or he could be another expensive flop. Time will tell.

Leeds losing a couple of key players and moving fast to sign Eastmond, potentially a very good signing for them and maybe us.

I thought Leeds were the biggest threat to signing Connor from us, that's unlikely to happen now. I cant see any other Yorkshire team going after him. Hopefully we will announce a new contract soon.

I agree in regards to Inglis in that it could be potentially a pay off and be a great signing though could also go the other way. Had he come straight from playing then there would would be a higher probability of it paying off. The fact he hasn't played for nearly 2 years even for a player of Ingliss' prior quality will take a lot to get back to where he was before.

Another one is Ian Watson as now with all the signings he's made the pressure will be on him to get Huddersfield firing, had he come in without the number of signings he's made it would have afforded him more time. I think with the failure of both Stone and then Woolford to achieve success then that in itself adds some degree of pressure. At Salford Watson didnt appear to be under much pressure due to the expectations, had he come to Hull he would have been an under pressure to get the team challenging and see him having the similar pressures at Huddersfield with the squad he's put together, though pressure form the aspect of fans will be less at Huddersfield.

All in all I think it will certainly be an interesting season.

I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

I hope Inglis goes well over here as the guy clearly needs the structure of professional sport for his mental well being. He is a living legend too so it would be a shame if he was to go out looking past it and a shadow of his former self.

Back to thread - I see us finishing 3rd and making one of the Finals. I would also really like the 2nd best defence in the League - not much eh?

I have lost interest

Good approach IMO.

It was a good read and good to listen to Scott.
It sounds refreshing what Brett has brought to the team and gives you an insight of what the training and mindset was like previously if Brett is working more on defence, not setting goals and actually praising people.
I'm not making bold predictions this year, we're a team in transition but for me I want to see an improvement in our style of play and to reduce the difference in our best and worst performances.

Still think we are short of an experienced front row.
Brown is now our first reserve. No doubt has a bright future and probably will feature regularly off the bench, but cant see Fash getting much of a look in this year and Masi has to step up.I hope he does otherwise it will be his last season with the club

I think on his previous showings and performance against York, Brown has to be given more game time and is definitely in front of the others you have mentioned.
