You might argue £25 for a Championship game is a bit much but if you look at AFC Wimbledon's 2020/21 ticket prices that are between £22 & £32 for a League 1 game then it doesn't look too bad. If you want to look at Brentford season tickets 2020/21 then for a top Championship club they are charging U18s £74-£124, 18-24s £269-£399 & 19-64s £419-£549 & 65+ £309-£439. On top of that you get to sit in a very ugly stadium.
Brentford season ticket works out at 17 quid a game so it isn't that bad. Unfortunately due to Wimbledon being just short of 2 hours away it's game over for me as well. It's wests warriors for the moment now.
I'm really excited for this year my dad bought me the adult half membership. living here in Ireland it will be great to watch the games on our League. Even if it is just a two camera setup with with whoever doing commentary. Far better for me then bias local radio. Apart from the time I was listening to us vs Cas. Luke Dorn intercepted a pass Cas commentator "he's a poacher he's poached it that commentator was good craic. Dorny even got a chant off it which for us lot is unheard of.
The crowds have been shocking for us for the rugby we've played the last 3 years has been brilliant. On a budget and mostly in the champ but the games in general were never boring.
I do feel sorry for those that traveling to Wimbledon just doesn't work. But new plough lane does feel like a good move. Plus it'll be great to see the lads back on grass.
The challenges for this season are big the budget being slashed. Young fresh team but Danny and Jamie's recruitment has been pretty faultless.
I hope that it all works out as well. Right now until we actually make the trip once we don't really know if its dooable or not, hence we will wait until after Bradford game and make a decision then.
However I think its very unlikely we will go full membership, but if the journey turns out not to be that bad we might go for teh 1/2 membership option...
We stil supporting the club where we can, even if we dont go for a membership this year, I've bought the away and academy tops, to go with the home ones we get from the club, and my brother also has got the academy one.

Fortunately not all of us as deluded as you.
We'll fold within 3 years the way the club is being run at the moment.

I get the negativity Dave I do. but the mistakes that lost his the majority of supporters were over a decade ago. The state the whole sports in the UK is not in great shape. As far as I understand every single rugby league club has lost fans year on year apart from Castleford. Maybe Leeds attendance will go up on average with there lovely new stand. but for the likes of us nomads who never owned a ground or bar blah blah blah. We simply don't make any money as a club. Trailfinders bless it did its job stabilize the club. Because I'm sure it was very cheap. And on the field product improved. We got promoted in 2017 had great fun in 2018. Crowds may never come back and we maybe dust as a club/business. Our biggest hurdles are crowds getting more bums in seats. The fear of promotion and relegation. And a permanent home but if plough lane comes off it's an agreement for 10-years.
