By far the worst signing ever made in our SL era. At least Diane West wanted to play!!

Yeah, good bit of balance here saying much the same. :thumb:

He would only committ to Huddersfield for a year, he will be trying to get a move to Warrington I feel.

Oh worse than West, he was just unlucky. Jones and Cator seem like 2 players on the opposite ends of the spectrum, one keen as mustard, works hard for the team and always puts in 100%, the other seems sulky and self centered, more worried about himself than the team. i know who i would rather have

I always thought the criticism on here was speculative and unfair as nobody knew the full facts. I thought there was a lack of empathy as he was "suffering....." from long covid which must have been dreadful together with his back "injury" which must have been frustrating. However reading FC's perfunctory statement and his lack of acknowledgment to the club and the fans I have changed my opinion. I usually wish any departing player good luck and best wishes for the future but in this case I don't. It appears he played the club like a fiddle.

Dave K. wrote:Lots of money off the cap and a fee (even if small) an area we are pretty strong in aswell so not the end of the world. Good player though and could have a real asset with a more positive attitude towards the club.

His reasons for moving are nonsense, he was going before Watson moved, wish he was honest about not wanting to love and the travel.

Only worth 1 year deal though
