Done and dusted. I doubt it will be much of a fee given it’s only a 1 year deal.

The statement from the club says it all.

Weird he has only signed a one year contract, wouldn't suprise me to see him move further west to one of the bigger clubs . 5 clubs already seems he cant settle or commit to a club.
Agreed on the fee, wi be a token 10k or so.

I'd rather have BJB.
Has Matty Russell got a new club?
Would like to have Curtis Naughton back if he fancies a return to the UK.

I'd be cautious of BJB, he's 33/34 and coming back from a pretty serious illness. Is he worth a punt on a 12 month deal?
https://www.totalrl.com/ben-jones-bisho ... wakefield/ Russell is at Leigh now (I think).
Last I heard of Naughton he was playing for some NSW Cup team or lower. Hes an aussie resident now too so I guess he's pretty settled over there.

You are right about Russell, I'd take BJB on a one year deal.
Not a massive fan of Tierney, but be ok as a back up.
A fit Swift will suprise a few next season I think.

If BJB was a few years younger it'd be a no brainer for me.
I want Swift to work out too. Seems a good kid.
Tierney is solid. He just isn't as good as the other wingers Wigan have churned out recently, plus people will compare him to his famous dad.
Wing options of Faraimo, Fonua, Tierney and Swift sounds pretty good to me.

I'd be pretty happy with that, we also have two academy international wingers in Speed and Stewert, although not sure how far they are off playing.
Add another forward, improvements in our tactics and coaching and I dont think we will be far off.
