Get our set piece defence sorted out and happy days. We are unplayable at times.
Bring on the red lot on Sunday.
i think we will but we may have to wait till we get Koch and Llorente playing together for this to happen. missing a 6'3 and a 6'2 guy in what essentially is a team of midgets compared to many of the prem teams is a big miss, not to mention the international standard quality those two will bring overall to our defensive play once they get a partnership going will tighten us up no end.
going forward we were so much better than against West Ham, granted defensively Newcastle were definitely a notch or two down from the Hammers but we looked very dangerous every time we went forward.
not sure how it will go at all on sunday it really does feel anything is possible. Man U play tonight and will have a days less rest than us which could be telling. will be intriguing to see how Ole approaches the game; will he sit in and play on the counter or will he not be able to resist going at us due to us being a promoted team away from home. i do hope its a the later because i would really fancy us in that scenario with them on a two day turnaround.

Once again I agree with previous posters especially this one. I`m not sure if it`s a confidence thing with him or his mind is going too fast for his legs!? He can show at times he has the skills but like you say it`s frustrating watching him as he goes from hero to zero in the space of 5 minutes. The guy from Chelsea is it Tomori or something would be a good loan but doubt Lampard will do us any favours.
I wouldn't consider signing a centre half unless he's at least 6'3. I think we will see 1 or 2 loans at most in January, maybe a couple of new signings for the u23s, but nothing major.

a solid midfielder on loan that is capable of covering Phillips and Klich would do. we are fine at centre half once we get our two signings fit, just been unlucky.

At 17 points we're almost halfway to the magic 40 points safety mark. The more points we get early doors, the less pressure there is and we can start to think about mid table.

Sheff United now hold the unenviable record of worst start to a top flight season since the football league started over 100 years ago with a solitary point in 13 games.
that keeper looks garbage for near 20 million and same for Brewster who cost more and has already become no more than a bit part sub and looks no better than Tyler Roberts which isn't a compliment at the minute. when you think we have picked up Raphinha, Rodrigo and Koch for probably similar total value for what they spent this summer it doesn't look good on Wilder. they can't be far off pushing the panic button and sacking him although i reckon they would be best served sticking by him as he would be there best chance of bouncing straight back imo.

I think Sheffield fall this season is shocking. Had a good first season and in their have strengthened.
The thing is that I'm not sure saving the coach achieves anything. They're so far behind I don't think they can escape, even at this stage of the season

That`s a pretty disastrous return in any league let alone the Premiership. Shame WBA got rid of Bilic as I hope they don`t get new manager confidence when they play us. The trouble getting a loan player in January is that the parent club want to see them play not sit on the bench or play for the U23`s hence why we find it difficult to attract the right player. For me get a LB in and play him after a couple or so weeks. As mentioned the guy from Chelsea who can cover various positions in the back 4 or Williams at MU or Rose from Spurs although I think he`s a RB.
