| With further financial support coming from the Government , no doubt that McManus and Hetherington will quickly have their snouts in the trough. Turkeys do not vote for Christmas so I expect the other SL clubs to gobble up the bulk of whats left.
What little remains will be bountifully distributed to the lower leagues.
The RFL need to stand up and fight the lower leagues corner. Make a real fuss. If Super League get upset TOUGH !

| So Union get £135m with Prem clubs getting £59m & League get £12m according to Beeb. That pretty much sums up where the game has drifted to. Or the RFL are so bad at fighting its corner. You can see why the RFU have £44m as Twickenham guzzles up money. Wonder how RFL will support their flagship stadium The BBC (Bradford Bomb Crater)?

| There is no chance of support outside the north when it comes to rugby league when you get the GMB union rep say that the grant given to league compared to union Is leaving the northern league clubs to die.I wonder if the GMB union has been in touch with players at London?
Surely there will be an inquiry if the Bulls get the nod to go up considering the investment the RFL have in them.

| Union is seen as a more complete England wide sport, we get clubs like York stating develop the M62 Heartlands?? I understand the money is part grants and loans, not sure what the RL share split is?
IF Bradford are promoted it will not look good, is it the Nigel Wood connection, who lined his own pocket with such stupid salary increased when running the RFL and making a mess of it at the time. York may have a nice stadium, but it is not their stadium, they really are running a media campaign, even York Minster backing them? and the deadline to apply is only the 30th November!
