Didn't valance and witty get a telling off for using outdated inaccurate data and charts to spoonfeed the public.
I'd say if you take the "news" as fact your pretty dumb
Nobody knows how many deaths are purely due to covid Alone as they've put some very convieniant small print under the deaths in the form of , deaths within 28 days of testing positive for covid.
And from what I've read about the tests they are pretty dubious too, lots of false positives so I'd guess the numbers are hugely inflated.
Can't beat somebody who questions everything, keep it up lads, ignore the negative comments

Facts Can be twisted? Yes they can, however your assertion would have had some credence until you quoted this from the Daily Mail. A paper whose billionaire owner, a tax nom-dom "tax payer" would like to see restrictions lifted. I wonder why.

.... let's conveniently ignore the false negatives, which have a much bigger impact on the number of cases.

Only 70,000 excess deaths. What would you or the daily mail class as grim?
So nobody's allowed to doubt all the data and opinions provided even though information has come to light shedding doubt on it all?
I noticed an Oxford professor who was an expert in the field had his evaluation interview censored. If you constantly hear one side of an argument it becomes your own, the older generation are the worst for it, too many opinion pieces read in the papers and spoonfed to you on the BBC etc. Try some social media and take in a view alternative opinions you'll get a better balance.
I love the conspiracy tool used in arguments, it's another word for people who read more than you , cheers
