Side note - I heard Brian Carney say George Burgess has only played 6 times for Wigan this year and he is a marque player so there must be a reason. I'd guess that the costs of rental might also rule it out, unless they're having a 'buy one week get three weeks free' sale at Red Hall. We also have an arrangement with Dewsbury from which we presumably, would need their permission to renege on, since it would clearly involve a hit to their finances which they may not be too pleased about. though it is true the RFL only sanctioned the one season, mind I'm not sure if we've really had that season yet...

Leaving aside fans opinions, as it's clear we;re not going to be there for a large part of the season, I'd think Odsal would be even more soulless to play in without us lot there making some racket.
