Connor needs a run in a position, he has been moved about so much over the last few years, he needs the chance to make a position his own and with Shaul out for a while I think that should be at FB, so whilst Kelly is out i'd play Carlos at 6, I'd rather him be at centre, but feel this gives us the best balance.

He still thinks Connor is a six which is probably one reason he wont get the job
