Connor needs a run in a position, he has been moved about so much over the last few years, he needs the chance to make a position his own and with Shaul out for a while I think that should be at FB, so whilst Kelly is out i'd play Carlos at 6, I'd rather him be at centre, but feel this gives us the best balance.
tell that to the interim coach Dave. He still thinks Connor is a six which is probably one reason he wont get the job

Minchella has confirmed this saying there is no bigger game for their club. With their big guns back and knowing how they perform in important games here, I expect the worst. Plus Hudgell's last Derby as chairman - they'll be wringing some motivation from that surely? https://www.yorkshirepost.co.uk/sport/r ... ns-2969426

Whether we like to admit it or not, it's a massive game for us too. We're not winning anything this season so a lot of fans will be looking mainly at this game. He probably will but Last can't get a result today then he's clearly not the right man for next season.

the key to winning this is to start well and get some points on the board in the first half. there is a pattern to rovers games recently where they get stuffed in the first half and its more or less game over by half time. inevitably they rally a bit in the second half but it seems to be trading try for try with the opposition at best.
