If it was an SNP Member of the Scottish Parliament then you may have a point, especially if they were a front bencher.

It really doesn't take much to get people on the right of politics to want to be victims. They have all the power, they control the press, their voters are more likely to be male and white - the people who have controlled the power in this country forever. However this MP KNEW she had it and then travelled 500 miles on public transport, as well as going to work in the commons.

Couldn't care less who does what, now. They know the rules, it's up to individuals to follow them. Although I believe Cummings set the tone when he went on his little jaunt. If those making the rules fail to abide by them, why should anyone else?
