The End of Season Signing Deadline will not apply to any signings (Contract or Loan) made pursuant to this dispensation and nor will the cap on Player Registrations.

Maybe his GP/local hospital is monitoring his condition, but no let's assume he's refusing to play.

I love the club but sometimes their PR leaves a lot to be desired If he is being monitored by a local Hospital then thats all the club have to say. I never said he is refusing to play.I think he doesnt want to play.There is a difference In any case he wont be here next season

We all got a bit excited and saw something when we saw his compilatiion video, but not everybody can always transform that to top grade against elite seasoned pro's. It ain't rocket science. I wished he'd been able to as much as you.

Bit of a sensitive issue though, his medical condition is not really our business.
The club have said that he's struggled with the effects of Covid-19. Why would he not want to play? Just accept the fact that he's not physically able to. It's always a conspiracy theory with you.
Really disappointed over Bienik, to be fair a couple of appearances this term won't really prove his worth ? Players often sparkle in the short term, especially when contracts on the line & then revert once the motivation has gone.
Sure the club have tried everything to make him succeed & appear close to giving up on him.
I will follow his career with interest to see if we got this one right or not - different coaching etc might get a different result.
Remember Danny Brough ? He only kicked on after Hull gave up on him, NOT the clubs fault, some just need that motivation. Wasn't Jamie Shaul similar - spell as a brickie really galvanised his motivation ?

Well given the fact he was training at one point before having a setback he clearly has been travelling over. He will have undoubtedly seen a medical professional also so there is that and the club may actually trust the player to report his condition accurately. A radical thing to do I know!
