I don't see how it isn't any clearer than it is right now.
Andy Last is a jinx - not a Head Coach. If he was any good he would be a Head Coach by now and absolutely he would have been picked up after the 2 CC wins. Why oh Why wasn't he head hunted ? and why hasn't he shown any desire to move up? He'd still be an asst if LR was still there! He's an asst at York at best.
No hard feelings - Head Coach is the toughest of jobs. The pressure is immense. Who'd want that role? Andy Last may well love being an Asst.

Needs to be appointed ASAP, so he can start putting things in place for next season. We wont sign the players we need to improve for next season, so he will have work with what he has (Which will be a worst squad than this year), it will take at least a year and this season and next is about building, playing young kids and trying to play some rugby and get some confidence back.

Depends on finances I guess. Now we're out of the cup I think we need some clarity on 2021 plans. Assuming there'll be some season pass news soon, obviously with a caretaker coach people will want an update before committing.
It’s going to be have to be a calculated risk by AP. Do nothing and many won’t bother renewing, leaving us more at risk financially than we are now.

It's a real issue for all clubs. Supporters have not been to games for six months, many have found other things to do with their time. Membership holders will naturally be thinking having spent hundreds this year to attend four games do they want to risk the same money for nothing in 2021 should restrictions still apply. Many supporters will have had a reduced income for months and sadly some will have lost their employment all together.
Even harder for clubs struggling for form such as ourselves. Pearson needs to act quickly.
