Just been announced Wakey have lost another player with now 9 stood down and 2 staff members due to Covid for Hull game.
That’s not including the injured players. We are down to bare bones now and 2 young players Bailey and Aydin are now given their SL debut through necessity.
Hard to see anything but a win for Hull. It just keeps nosediving for the trinity. Probably doesn’t help that the whole club has just come out of isolation and been unable to train until the start of this week either.
I’m glad the games on though and still looking forward to some rugby,

Lots have in fact changed.
Reading between the lines (well, the HDM) it sounds likes Jones could well have been suffering from coronavirus, as he has only recently returned to the training ground, but could be fit for the cup game.
Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?

And we have now got the Duckworth/Lewis method of determining where we will finish, should this sorry state of affairs finish prematurely.

I think the win percentage is in regardless of a premature finish, unless ive misunderstood. But if you look on bbc website the table shows Catalans at the top!

I’m really looking forward to seeing our lads playing against Wakey, seen a few of these kids in the reserves, and also saw a few of the Wakey kids, as their reserve side was made up of young kids, we seem to be pinning our hopes on the cup, perhaps the right decision, time will tell.

Your right it’s just not cricket
I think it is the right decision, to get to a win percentage of 70% which is currently needed to be in the top 4 we'd need to win all 10 of our remaining games (assuming we fulfil them all) so its all or nothing on Sunday.
I may be a bit cynical and i know there may not be an alternative but the points percentage system is open to abuse as it will get to a stage were its not convenient for a team to fulfil a fixture as they will have nothing to gain.
