There is no fluidity in our play just drive after drive, we need to expand our play and for gods sake stop the wingers from coming in or jumping out. lastly had a great opportunity to get the fans on side playing a more expansive game and if we had lost most would have given him time. Sorry there is no difference in style or the way we play, I wonder how many will be asking for their money back now.
While I think the days of the 'mid 00s Bradford style' are done, it wouldent be too bad if we actually did it well, but you need a good completion rate with aggressive forwards driving the ball up. Instead we have backs driving it in before a sloppy play of the ball or poor pass from the ruck then a knock-on

We need someone who.hasn't been at the club for years. Someone who gets the best out of players, with a creative mind and plays a good.brand of rugby.
What has Powell actually won? LLS fair enough but he's been coaching for decades and we were only a game off winning it ourselves with Radford.

He's had to constantly rebuild a Cas side due to players departing for bigger things, and without Hardakers drug ban their Grand Final may have been very different (we will never know for sure) he also got them to a Cup final.
Would still prefer to see someone from Down Under who has no links to any of the squad though, we want someone to come in to training and say 'i dont know who you are, so go out there and impress me'

so disappointing! clearly last is sticking with the radford style of play, but when you sign big forwards hoping for big things and the season completely changes direction in style of play you have also got to change with it..sadly we dont look like we can or won't! the team looks unfit compared to all teams now we have seen them in action.
Pearson needs to be brave and look outside the club, promoting from within clearly isnt working anymore....i bet we still use Peter Sharps' playbook!

Sharp always used to tell us how good we looked in training, I will give Last a few games, but if he picks Houghton again then that will, quite probably, change my mind.

houghton should be nowhere near starting 9 now, let alone captain.Young johnstone is far quicker at ptb, not about being top tackler! houghton has been flogged to death playing 80 minutes for the last few years, his distribution is poor and painfully slow!

You are being kind using the word 'distribution', he just stands behind the tackled player and passes it a metre to someone else!
To be fair, the side we’ve built was designed for a different sport to what we’re playing now. Lasty might have asked them to play slightly differently, but when the pressure was on and we were fatigued, it’s all too easy to drop into our normal style of play. Think that is one of Radfords legacies, our dour style of play. When we do try and play a bit more freely, it just looks like an unorganised panicked mess. The whole is less than the sum of its parts. Really disappointing.

Accountability is the key word now, as Last said he's going to hold the players accountable so let's see who's dropped and held accountable.
Shaul no interest at all in defending , anybody want a pop at that, go watch the Warrington and today's games back and watch shaul off the ball for the tries, then come back and apologise.
Houghton as tons have said distributions shockingly slow, no creativeness In attack either.
Not just those two either, Fonua was terrible as was Bowden and Connors basic errors, no direction or leadership right across the board. Thought Carlos and Griffin there usual handfuls when running the ball and not a lot else.
So onto Castleford, honestly if no players are dropped and held accountable then what's the point, it's just Radford all over again.
For me and I know some will wet there pants as that's how it is on here when your direct, it'd be
Shaul out for Connor Houghton out for Johnstone Ellis out for Brown (need more minutes out our props Gaz) Swift in for Fonua
I wasn't overly impressed with Ratu's brain fart but hey ho
