Pretty impressive first half from Saints. Thought Catalans started brightly too but Saints just too good. Hope it's not a blow out score.

I have mixed feelings about gestures of this type, as they can end up being an easy alternative to meaningful action. Similar to clapping NHS workers. Also, once started when is it stopped? It’s pretty much bound to be premature in thIs context.

On the other hand, what else or more can the sport do? And it probably annoys some folk who, imo, deserve a bit of grit in their shoe.

Me too, glad Catalans are on the scoresheet but Saints in commanding form. Good quality from both given the long hiatus too.

Watching the speed of the game, think we must have another hooker on the bench.

Saints looked very good, as usual Catalans flatter to recieve, poorly coached IMO, started the season well due to Tompkins and Maloney.

Saints looked very good, no signs of rustiness. Odd to think that we don't play them until November - unless we get them in the Cup semi or final of course.
