Hope he signs, will give extra interest for locals in Market Inn Sandwich having a Kentish lad playing for us, seeing as they are an unofficial support venue for the mighty WIRE. Before lock down a few more people were coming to watch us each game and getting interesting in rugby league in general.

I’d be very happy with this signing. He looks like a handful and still only young with time to develop he does tick a few boxes. We are in desperate need of another big mobile front rower, we are already light in that department and question marks still remain over Latu/Kibula. Really hope we can pull this one off as oppose to being just another rumour.
Sitaleki just posted a picture on Instagram of him, Latu, BMM and Bodene Thompson. Latu looks to be in good shape, he's definately lost some timber since when i saw him when he first came over so hopefully he's taken his fitness seriously whilst in Quarantine and wants to hit the ground running hard
This could be an important bit of business. The market for props is not very deep so we need to try to discover a raw talent like when we got Hill from Leigh. I'd rather us focus on guys like this than be held to ransom by the agents of average props with SL experience taking advantage of the lack of alternatives. The potential upside for Butler is high.

As long as the other three haven't gone and supersized themselves since March, making Latu look slim by comparison, then that's good news. There's bound to be some game time spread around the squad between the intended August start and November finish. Latu needs to resurrect his career, and the door won't open that many times, I hope he rises to the challenge.

Thanks for the picture, OT, hope they pull trees up on the rugby field over the coming months.
