Add in the total chaos of congestion, people not being able to see the screen from a car whilst in the back seats for sure and unless you have a convertible and for a significant number you'd be lucky if you can see all the screen even from the front seats.
Also who is going to fund the massive cost of a screen big enough so that people hundreds of metres away can see the action?
Where is the food coming from, we don't have an existing catering facility, that's the stadium management, so are you going to use independent traders, how are the club going to manage a cut of sales, how many people would you need to employ to serve potentially thousands. How is that even safe given the fairground land is in a shocking state at the best of times, add in that it's unlit so how are you going to locate any given vehicle easily in the dark with these mobile servers?
Sure, let's come up with ideas but 'drive in' isn't viable financially, nor from a health and safety or even logistical POV either. Streaming in highest quality possible on a PPV is the only way to go at the moment, sell the match to watch at a later date for those not able to watch it live.
Hahaha jeeez it was only an idea, localised pollution, give me a break. You’ve made miles more complicated than it needs to be. Parramatta had 5000 cardboard cutout of fans at 22 dollars a pop this weekend. People, companies need to stop whining and start doing, it’s getting boring now

Count me in, if it separates me from the one who must be obeyed for a couple of hours

Quote:The Rugby Football League has confirmed that a limited number of stadiums are set to be used when Super League returns behind closed doors.
Karen Moorhouse, the RFL's chief regulatory officer, says it is “very likely” select stadiums will initially be used to help with logistics.
“When you talk about behind closed doors, you’re looking at having a limited number of stadiums - it means you can dig down and have a limited number of procedures,” she added.
You'd have thought Football League grounds would be top of the list as all the "finer details" will already have been sorted out.
Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?

This is a forum so that we can discuss things, it's nothing personal. You put forward an idea and I thought it was one that simply wouldn't work, but instead of the usual forum style reply of saying 'that was a @@@@ idea, it'll never work' I explained why it wasn't a good idea from my POV, posed questions that would need to be answered and did so in what I thought was a reasonable manner.
There's nothing wrong with posting ideas or thoughts that simply don't/can't work or that everyone else disagrees with, there's usually something to take because it can make others think of other things from that, all part of an open forum.
I suspect corporate boxes may open soon along similar lines, I can't see seated spectators in the general areas of the KC this calendar year, for any sport. BUT, having said that, Pubs, Cinemas etc. are supposedly opening in late July/August, it is the in/gress that stadia will fall down with,

If the RFL do decide to utilise existing Rugby grounds for example KC and Wigan then I would expect that that Hull would play at Wigan and Wigan at Hull so there is no advantage to the home team, but we all expect the rfl to do something different. I’m in favour of neutral venues so that no team gains an advantage and we do like the keepmoat. We can only hope, and wait to see
