One wonders of the implications, if Ehab has his preferred method of ending the championship season now, he has serious concerns over health risks due to the corona virus. The SMC would presumably follow this directive if Ehab has his way.

He doesn't care about health risks, if city were in the play offshore wouldn't say that, he is worried they will go down if the season continues.

Sorry I dont get your point and the relevance to us?
I don’t believe him either, but we are at the same stadia, ran by the SMC if he gets agreement on these grounds, how could we operate with possible legal ramifications, his club voids the season due to serious safety worries, and we carry on regardless, hypothetically of course.

The football season must be completed by the end of July due to player contracts expiring, rugby league is not going to be ready to start up before then.
So even if they did end the season on health grounds, there's no reason why the situation wouldn't have changed by the time rugby league is ready to start up again.
