If true I feel so frustrated with the sport. They can hide behind the corona virus but if everything was going well before the virus hit they wouldn't just give up their power and go back to the RFL would they.

Should have bitten the bullet with their original plan for SL and regional teams formed by mergers and compulsory ground improvements. Instead owners, players and agents squandered it all.
