Thought I would pass this on. If you have Sky sports channels you can suspend payments. I had read where you need to phone them and people said they got no help. I found a website with the link and when I logged in to my sky account it had a simple button to click that suspends the sports channels. I was dubious but have now seen my April bill and yes, I will not be paying again till everything is normal. You can still watch them though as very little on them but some interesting replays. People with other suppliers should look into it.

Virginmedia are doing the same, although they aren't advertising fact. You need to dig round a bit on their website and you can find a web form to fill out which will suspend skysports payments then automatically re-instate them once live sport resumes.

My Mrs got an email from sky stating it could be frozen but you have to act on it as it's not automatically done for you, when you do you still have the channels for free and will when service of life games commence will then take payment as before
