Offiah scored a blinder against us at naughton park in the league decider which might have been better. Still think my favourite try is Mike Gregs in Australia though.
My all time greatest "I was there moment". Maybe just as good was in the evening being in a packed bar which was showing a re-run of the game and after Mike Gregory's try the camera zoomed in on Wally Lewis stood behind the posts and the look on his face as it dawned on him he was going to lose to GB was priceless.

I totally agree pal, I wanted to go home with 20 to go but my dad made me stay, what a try and kick

The Renouf to Radlinski try I was in Faliraki watching on a big screen. I was with my uncle and when Rads scored he ran out into a packed Bar Street shouting and screaming. I had to calm him down and told him that Faz still had to kick a difficult kick to win the game.
Faz kicks it and my uncle ran back out onto Bar Street shouting and screaming even louder.
Happy Days

Was it that important? It stopped us getting the hubcap but I left the DW that night pretty happy we were playing Huddersfield and not Saints. I suppose it meant Leeds got a home semi final. Had it been the old format with no play offs I would have probably said it was the best try ever.
Jason Robinson scored about a dozen better try's than the Ryan Hall one. The step against Saints at Central Park springs to mind, Also the try at Knowsley Road where he made the smallest gap look like a chasm.
