Too cosy for some, too clicky for others. 80% of attitude is down to how the player feels about himself and his playing environment. Pearson was absolutely apoplectic at the end last night and I have to say quite rightly too, he's facing a massive financial headache and he wants the fans with him not going home on 60 minutes.
However if anyone thinks that we will be appointing a new Coach as we approach the most testing time for the Club since the David Lloyd years and a time when the whole game is under threat is pretty deluded for me. We are going to struggle to survive the next six months big style and the fans will have to rally round the owner and the players and do whatever we can to help the Club survive. All sport is threatened by this virus and if we can save the wages of a Coach for a few months I think we will.
Unbelievable Pete!!
1. Why has the owner allowed the environment to deteriorate??..( as soon as AP saw this, he should have fired Radford ..)
2. A new broom is clearly needed, high profile players need to respect their Manager, keeping Last wont change anything, nor an unproven Head Coach, nor a lower division Head Coach.
3. Maybe Purcell & Ellis be a better short term solution?
4. If a new player wants away, let him go, use that money to replace Radford..
