Absolute class mate, the moon is made of cheese as well. Pearson was bang out of order in my opinion imo. Lee Radford whatever his failings deserved better than that...

Once again totally wrong, had a conversation with Radders, Radders agreed to depart, then went to Andy Last and told him he was taking temp charge then went outside and explained to Sky and us.
Ultimate respect to Pearson for what personally must have been a difficult choice. As he alluded too though the chemistry wasn't right between the coaching team and players and that was clearly evident tonight. Right decision has finally been made for the good of the club. I was so ecstatic when I heard the news and so relieved that this mess has finally been brought to an end. I see the usual suspects are conspicuous by their absence now, hard to defend Lee and criticise those of us that wanted change now isn't it.

the most telling comment for me was...
"what do you think the players think of the decision"
"I'm not sure they earnt the right to have one"...
The smokescreen of criticism of AP from other clubs fans smells to me of them being afraid of what we can do with a decent coach. AP is passionate and shoots from the hip, like it or lump it. I’m sure Radford has been equally circumspect with players in the past (I.e. the sacking of Watts)
There will be a few players under pressure now, and hopefully that alone will boost performances temporarily.
For example Fash is clearly a Radford favourite, but id say his reviews are at best mixed, a new coach may have a rethink on if he is needed.
Then youve got a few long term servers who arent hitting the heights they did before such as Shaul, Sneyd, Houghton and Taylor, can a new coach get these back in form or will they freshen it up.
I feel the squad is capable of better and all of the recent recruits have been good, but a few players have got to put some improved performances if they want to stay for next season.
