Probably get a ban but it was anything but malicious. Misjudged tackle no different other than the misjudgement right what you’d see any other 3rd man in the tackle do. The uproar is laughable

Would that be the same Radio Humberside who back in the 1990s employed some prat of a commentator with a double-barrelled surname who used to scream with excitement every time Hull FC were on the ball, punctuating his commentary with shouts of 'get em onside!', 'what about that, ref!' and 'forward!' Employed by the BBC and he made Mick Morgan sound neutral.
You'll have to forgive me if I don't take anything idiots like this say too seriously.
But I also take the point. It makes it harder for the Disciplinary to give an even-handed response.

Lol glad you got the point Cruncher.
And David Doyle-Davidson If that’s who your disrespectful post is aimed at, was a player, and coach, who has represented rugby league all his life, and a fine ambassador to our great game. I’m sure even in the autumn of his life, DDD would still accommodate you behind the bike sheds to discuss your views.
As an aside DDD would certainly liven up this terrible bland commentary we are suffering presently on Sky.

Am I reading this right? Your defence of him not being a prat is "he would probably beat you up for your opinion". Really? That's where we are with this? Good to see the art of good debate isn't dead.

Calling a guy a prat or an idiot behind your keyboard is hardly good debate.

Yeah, but if that's what they are ...
Don't worry, you're not the first person to try the 'I bet he could still batter you' piffle. You may be right, you may not. Neither of us will ever know.

Hardly neutral though is it? I'm willing to bet wish FM didnt see much wrong. If a neutral former player on a neutral radio station says it then it may be worth paying attention to. If a former KR player on a KR radio station says KR were hard done too I'm not going to pay it much heed.

It is that simple. It will be reviewed and if necessary taken to the tribunal (all of whom are independent) Now as fans with our whatever coloured specs on we may not see it that way. At the game yesterday I thought it was an poor tackle and I'm quite willing to let the disciplinary have look and will go with their findings. They are far more experienced with this than you or I.
