Did not expect that result tonight.
Just wonder why we cannot put performances like that at home .
Winning hone games is vital to Build the club

After last week would have been happy to lose by two but the win is tremendous
a big effort by Simon and the lads
Simon for getting them to believe in themselves again and the lads for digging deep for a valuable 2 points
Must have been too defensive effort to limit them to 10 points with most of their 1st choice squad on the field
Let's keep momentum going again now

Perhaps it’s because they are playing in front of so many negative moaners?

Here we go again ‘Jools’ the only true supporter in the Town... Never ever negative

The Giants have played well raised the level of expectation and then flopped on the day, Sunday totally typical but more than made up for it tonight with injuries to Gaskell early and Ta’ai before half time.

Won with a 15 man team tonight, for once let’s just be happy that we put Sunday’s horror 45 mins behind us and on to the Cup on Wednesday... oh yeah Jools will say we will lose as we are all negative moaners waiting to trip the team up

Great result. Hopefully Gaskell and Ta'ai will be okay.

That's a great effort by any standards, especially after last week. It wasn't what i was expecting but i'm delighted for them, Saints have a big strong pack so our forwards must have fronted up well, That's really pleasing. well done coach and team.

The Saints crowd were giving Hewer the bird at the end.

But we defended like Trojans and it was the biggest winning margin of the night :D :D

First defeat at home for them since Sept 2018 to put it in perspective...

When you watch the winning try by Jake on the Sky highlights, it is a really good one Bruno’s pass to Sezer who literally hits the line, as the pass is thrown a split second before the defender hits him, it creates a bit of space for Jake to get up to speed and when the defender offers him the outside he hits full throttle takes it and goes past him and try time...

The press would be raving if one of the ‘big’ teams scored that, a very well executed try well created at the best of times but for a team that had defended its legs off all night to create that try deserves a very big pat on the back indeed.

Woolf’s moaning about a slow game and the speed of the play the balls, plus oh we were slightly off tonight maybe shows how very well we did defend be interesting when the ‘stats’ come out...

The way we controlled the game late on by kicking Saints back on their line was heart warming ....

Tom came on after about 10 minutes and did a great job for the team. his defense was superb and some of his passing as well was top notch. All in all he put in a great all round performance.
