Nah, it just proves we need to show him a little bit more patience, and let's see where we are when the trophies are handed out,
We looked very destructive on the 1 occasion we had more or less our best team out this season. Since then, we've just had players dropping out the team from game to game.
Don't think I don't understand people's frustrations, I do, because it's frustrating, we all wanna succeed. I just think people are pointing the blame at the wrong things.

Other than Jones granted I’d hardly say Salford had any better in that dept even with Manu and Mini at the end of their careers and in squads as a whole Radford has had the better. Plus the constant speculation and uncertainty of players leaving that Watson had to deal with
I do believe had Watson had the squad Lee had he would have got more out of them and had Lee had the squad that Salford had he’d have got less out of them.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

To be fair I think he’s been shown enough patience and far more than any other coach would have. After the way last season just got thrown away at the end he had to have the team ready from the off. For me the Leeds game apart he just hasn’t. They just look so flat and lack any intensity both in attack and defence. We still can not play an 80min game and are just too predictable.
Sadly it’s just the same old story

Then it's always gonna be the same old story, because unless you can achieve perfection season on season, then whoever the coach is, is gonna be a failure.
Let's take the last 4 seasons, two successful seasons, a write off season and a season of falling just slightly short. So by my calculator, he's still in credit.

This defeat totally lays at the door of the players. Not Radford. 18 points up , and then to switch off is disgraceful.

Not convinced by Watson, apart from last season (which I think was down more down to Hastings) they have struggled, look poor this year also despite bring in some good players, simalar budget to Hudds and wakey and both have beat them at home.
I'd be looking to the NRL, but I don't know who that would be, have to use our contacts in the NRL and our ex NRL players here to find the right man.
Lose on Friday, I'd be gettign rid, certainly a must win game for Radford.

Get behind your coach.
Ignore the results for a minute. And the successes and the failures.
Do we look like a well coached team in your opinion?
In my opinion we look hugely disorganised pretty much all of the time. Even when we play well and play some good rugby, there is no structure to it, it all relies on individual efforts and off the cuff play. We never pick a side apart with good attacking shape or set plays. We are always relying on a bit of brilliance from someone. In the Agar days our only plan was give it to Manu. These days we have a better squad and there are a few more strike players that we can look to, but the principle is the same. Give it to Kelly or Connor or Griffin and see if they can magic up a big play from somewhere.
The defence is even worse, we seem to panic and make rash decisions every time the ball goes wide. We don't control the PTB very well, we get our numbers wrong too often, and most importantly there is rarely enough intensity. Defence is about attitude, you can cover up a lot of sins if everyone is really prepared to put their body on the line and never give up on a play. But we just don't have that attitude. At least not often enough.
On top of all that we are mentally weak. When we are in control the cue goes on the rack, when we are getting well beat we give up. When we have injuries we feel sorry for ourselves.
The results aren't the be all and end all. We are way below the standard that we should be with this group of players.

Other than Lee’s family I’m finding it hard for anyone to have a reason to keep Going with LR
Because were 5 games into a new season and things can turn around quickly in sport as we've experienced with our very own team. Looking forward to a Wakefiekd trip kn Friday. Staying over, hotel booked, supporting the coach and team.
