Would they need a pay off? Thought they were on week to week contracts. However I'm now prepared for disappointment whatever occurs.

But that's the story of this current Hull FC side. Sneyds drop goal covers up the fact he cannot create anything and his defence is woeful and started their comeback. Shaul has been very ordinary and cannot be a pivot, yet people will laud him for that try today (which came from him following the ball which is what he needs to do all the time!) Change needed.
The only thing I agree with in this is, Shaul is not a pivot. Get Connor in at full back, problem sorted.

Week to week - where was this reported? My opinion is that the funds required to change coaching teams to the calibre many expect is probably unrealistic given additional cash already sunk on the squad.

Radford has said several times he doesn't sign a new contract or worry about signing one, they just have an agreement for it to roll on as Wilde 3 says.

Kind of my position too.
Apathy is the best word to describe it. I can't even be bothered to have a rant about it. We need a change just to get a bit of excitement around the club again.
Sadly I just can't see anything happening any time soon. We may well beat Warrington next week, but frankly I don't care.

I said that to my old man when the teams came out and he said it was just like polite applause. Complete apathy.

Surely we can backload a contract like we have done with players previously. I.e. a smaller amount this season as its an unbudgeted expense offset by higher amount next season. If we have to let our large cast of squad players who rarely play to pay for it then so be it.
As others have said both Pearson and Radford have confirmed he is on a rolling contract, there is no large payoff to make.
