As soon as Folau received the ball two or three defenders should have put him in touch.

Your exactly right,in front with 2 mins to go they had to go short,get the ball and you win,its not rocket science.

I dont think fitness is an issue
the problem i see is that we switch off the concentration then when the pressure builds the indiscipline kicks in.
We also have to do something about our attack in the opposition 20.At the moment we just lose our way and lets teams off the hook.
Catalan should have been dead and buried in the first 20 minutes never mind the 20 minutes in the second half

Fitness isnt an issue but the management of interchanges certainley is, some players are out on their feet but left on and the inevitable try comes.

Sorry but Eliis, Taylor, Sao should of been on ten minutes earlier to see the win out, in my eyes thats very poor coaching.
