As I see it, it,s down to one or two things,or a bit of both(1) Stinking black bad luck (2) Bigger, heavier opposition players smashing our lighter players who run out of steam after having a go. Plus, once you are on the back foot and having to defend you are more likely to get injured as you tire. We are losing 2 or 3 every single game and cannot afford to do so. That said, looks like the boys gave it a real go today, all credit for that, but we need fit players and more importantly, points. Points are all that really matter.Everything else takes care of itself.

Sums it up pretty well.
I have seen it put more brutally as ‘it is a collision sport and we lose collisions’.
There’s also an issue that we have to sign players many of whom have been passed over by other teams and that’ll sometimes be down to concerns over them being prone to injuries.
Generally this is a major talking point after Wigan fixtures - partly because their superiority makes the result borderline inevitable and partly their MO. If we want to Be better we need to look at how they really operate and never, ever listen to their advice.
At the risk of sounding a bit ‘it’s the taking part that counts’, from the comments I’ve seen it sounds like the team we fielded gave their best. That’s where we are currently.

I listened to the commentary today and did wonder whether Wayne had come back to coach them. Some pretty awful incidents there and I hope disciplinary deal with them appropriately.

From the footage I've seen, you've been victim to the infamous Wigan sniper tackling today.
Addled is a b&w who only posts on here. According to VT these cannonball tackles never happened.
