With two in the squad from Hull FC, I'd expect them to feature in the 17. I'd be thinking something like...

Brandon Pickersgill
Joe Brown
Rhys Evans
Ross Oakes
Matty Dawson-Jones
Rowan Milnes
Jordan Lilley
Steve Crossley
Thomas Doyle
Anthony England
Adam Rooks
Joe Cator
Sam Hallas

George Flanagan
Levy Nzoungou or Liam Kirk
Jack Brown
Ebon Scurr

I think Levy will get the nod ahead of Kirk as he seems to have upped his game since the opening match against London. Gallagher had a stinker against Underbank and I expect he will get rested this week. Waite-Pullan had a decent run against Underbank but don't think he'll play.

I'd like to see Jowitt given nod in place of Milnes. Whilst I like Rowan, I think he hasn't shown up too well so far this season (I know he's coming off a broken leg)... a weeks rest might do him some good and give a bit of a kick especially when we have another product off the line ready to have a crack.

The Hull lads certainly beef us up a bit. No harm in resting Gallagher & Scurr. They'll get plenty of game time this year, they can't be expected to play 28+ games in their breakthrough year though.

Must win for me. A loss would be a big blow. Remember in 2017, against all odds we'd virtually wiped out our points deduction and were all expecting to go to Oldham and celebrate getting to Zero points. We lost in the last minute (will never forget Macani's "attempted" tackle effort in that last minute) I don't think we won again until late summer.

Want a big peroformace from us. No point being spirited losers against top teams and then losing to teams we should be beating. There's a few reserves like Matty Race who are starting to bang on the door so a big performance is needed from a few players.

It's a little early in - what is it? - Week 4 to be talking about 'must win' games. But it feels a bit like that...

If we aren't going to be beating Oldham, where are wins going to come from?

Exactly. I have in my head "too good to go down, not good enough for the play offs" but we'll find out this weekend. Still if we do lose at least we know it'll be an exciting year rather than the grubbing around in 9th dull one I'm imagining. Every cloud and all that.

It'll be a tough game and Oldham have always been a difficult opponent especially when they're at home. After last weeks lacklustre performance against Underbank and the b0llocking the team will have received, I'm hoping for a much improved Bradford performance. As others have said, if we have any hope of avoiding a relegation dogfight we have to be winning games like this.

If we play like last week we'll lose, simple as - got a feeling this will be a tough game, and a loss should really worry us.

I'd rest Milnes too, been very poor.

The game will now be on the Our League app

The original game (Leigh vs Swinton) has been postponed so our match is on instead.

Does that mean they've changed the KO time then as there is supposed to be a ladies cup game on, kicking off at 1400 hrs?

PP , for what it’s worth , I don’t think the Bulls will be in the relegation battle , that will be between Haven Oldham, Fax ,and maybe Swinton, the Bulls are a decent team , you could possibly get as high as 6 th place ,and in guys like Joe Cator. From Hull you have a great little player, stay positive.
