Also Jordan Lane went off injured on Friday so would image he will be a doubt.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Because it's only saints who are missing players. Their fans give Daryl Powell a run for his money in moaning about injuries. Wire only beat them because it was our first team(minus both captains and marquee signing!)playing against all their youngsters.

Quote:Liam Moore has been demoted to Championship Shield action this weekend after Catalans coach Steve McNamara let rip on his performance in the Dragons’ defeat to St Helens.
McNamara was furious with Moore’s display in the match after Saints came from behind to win in the last minute.
The Dragons coach stated Moore had made some ‘terrible mistakes’, and his frustrations have seemingly been heard by the RFL’s match officials department following the appointments of this weekend’s games were revealed.
Looking at this kid and Hicks, have they even played Rugby? They look like theyve been dragged off their xbox and asked if they fancy a career in reffing
I honestly dont think they get the physicality aspect of the sport at times, and end up making very fussy decisions as well as some your really scratching your head at.
I think its time the full refereeing process is looked at as its a shambles

I think that's quite disrespectful actually. They may not have played rugby, they may have but ultimately they are rugby fans who have been brave enough to become refs, despite scrutinised TV replays and slow mo's and facing the criticism of a lot of biased and blinkered fans who are instant experts or armchair refs.
Yes they make mistakes but ultimately they get 1 viewing in real time and I'm sure they don't intentionally make errors.
Hicks made a couple of dodgy calls on Friday but overall wasn't too bad. The other guy has been demoted to championship and has hopefully improved and learned from any previous mistakes made.
Ultimately it's not everyones career path and there's hardly a lot of candidates wanting to become refs.
I'm regards to Satae, that wasn't Hicks doing, the punishment is harsh imo but by the letter of the law is the correct ruling. If Satae hadn't been daft enough to hit a relaxed player in the back, this wouldn't even be being discussed.
The Rfl dictate the criteria and the interpretation of rules and the refs have to follow.
Maybe video assistance referees to correct obvious howlers would be the way forward.

Indeed, and what does the guys physicality have to do with it, lets get a load of 20 stone roid droids in to ref, be good for the game, wouldn't it?

Looks like we'll have Makinson and Knowles back, but no Coote, Walmsley, Amor or Roby still. No excuses with injuries, both sides seem to have a similar group out. Your luck with injuries has to change soon, but looks like we're having a normal year this time. We were so lucky last season in that regard. Should be an interesting game. If we win I'll write last week off as a blip for us and assume normal service has been resumed, but if you win I think you'll be the real deal this season. Might stick a fiver on you winning the cup.

According to William Jackson Hull's HDM Reporter.
I expect Ellis to be in, but as I understand it, Faraimo won’t be.
As for my team, I haven’t thought about that yet. Here’s a stab: Shaul; Naulago, Tuimavave, Griffin, Swift; Connor, Sneyd; Taylor, Houghton, Sao; Jones, Savelio; Ellis. Bench: Fonua, Fash, Bowden, Johnstone.
Good side that and Strongish bench
