Not really true, it's generally immaculate in the peak of summer and was pretty poor before the new pitch was put in. But there's not really any indication it will be poor on Sunday; people seem to be reading the wrong things into how the pitch was being prepared for Sunday on the day of the SL launch.

Hopefully the dry couple of weeks we've had means it'll survive tomorrow night okay. I'll take a photo at the end of the game. The rain on Sunday won't help though.

It'll take a lot to do that, both teams looked very good tonight I thought and Wire were unlucky not to win despite the sending off of Hill

Boweden, Fonua, Swift and Lane to miss out for me
I agree.Fonua seems to have already accepted he is behind on fitness. Just wish Radford didnt mess around with Connor/kelly.Dont go for this idea that kelly is on the bench to come on in the second half against a tired defence. In that case he pulls Connor off and makes the sulking even worse. The simple thing and best option is to play Connor at right centre, after all he is the current GB international in that role. Kelly at 6 and Griffin on the bench which covers second row and an injury in the backs.
