He needs it. He needs to get confidence back in that knee. A fully fit Bowden is definitely an asset. Was fantastic in the Leeds semi final Doncaster, and hits hard. Ahead of Fash and Masi when fit
Loose offload and a knock on in the 1st 10mins from Bowden. Hope he sees it as a way to prove his fitness to get in the first team rather than tossing it off

As posted on another thread seems to have got a few minutes under his belt. In an ideal world with more depth in the front row we'd wait on bringing him in but wouldn't be surprised to see him on the bench v Leeds.

Id rather see Matongo or Savelio or both in the 17 than Bowden. Dont get the hype about him - hes very average and tbh Green was a better prop but he got let go

Bowden certainly has a lot to do this year - I agree about Savelio who's been strong in pre season. Bowden contracted to end of 2022 I think so 3 more years.

Bowden on his day is a very good prop. Trouble is we haven't seen it for awhile. Hopefully this season he can stay fit and get some games under his belt
