Just wondering if anyone has had a similar situation. I renewed my season pass last November at the KC shop. I was told that my existing pass would be updated and to be used for this season,no problem. Then I read that passes with an H in the pass number would be replaced because of a problem.Mine didn't so no worries.Yesterday in the post I got another pass, same number,.What's going on here,I will ring the club. They have told me that there has been some more problems updating passes.Do I use my new one and bin the old then.Just to be safe take your new and old one to the first game and if the new one doesn't work try the old one.You couldn't make it up could you. Anyone else had a similar problem.

Hull will give us a tough game but the key is to silence their fans in the Threepenny Stand. We have to do this because if we do'nt they will get behind their side and lift them in a way you've never seen, heard or witnessed before.

No, not really, either you have called the club recently, and been told to try both, or you were told when you first signed for a new pass it would all be OK and have subsequently read it isn't going to be?
