Seems that we are cursed with the flaming things again. I know it,s a hard contact sport, but for once it would be good to get through a game or two(or even training) without someone getting crocked.Hope Masoe and Huaraki are ok. It,s really important this season that we cannot carry the amount of injured players that we have previously as we will need a fit squad against all the opposition to have any chance of avoiding being a struggling team again. It,s about time the rugby gods smiled on us for once...here,s hoping.

Couldn’t see what injury Masoe got but never good seeing a player stretchered off. Wakey fan wishing him well.
I echo the injury luck. We had one stretchered off and another fracture cheekbone vs first friendly against Leeds missing start of season and still waiting return of fifita and Arona. It’s the one sickening thing to see as a fan players pick up bad injury’s in friendlys.
A lot of teams struggled with injuries last year and i hope we don’t see the same in 2020 as it affects the quality of rugby for the spectators too.

Best wishes to him and his family at what must be a difficult time.

Wakefield fan in peace. Seriously hope he is ok - it was a long old stoppage in the game, which never looks good. Speedy recovery to the big fella and good luck for the season (apart from the opening game)
