I am a fanatical Roosters supporter from Australia, but am also a Warriors fan since the mid 1980's. I saw the match between Wigan and Hull in Wollongong in February 2018. I really enjoyed being in the crowd with the travelling Warriors support - I have never experienced an English game atmosphere before. It was great.
Hopefully you guys will be backing the Roosters over your arch enemy in the WCC!
Just one thing - I think we have already beaten St Helens twice. We are confident of winning it.
We play the Nines a week earlier, so I imagine our team will be weakened for that. We should prioritise the WCC.
I hope Wigan brings at least another game over to Australia one day. I certainly would look to attend it.

Go the Warriors (and the mighty Roosters)

Its good to have new contributions to the site, I cant think of any Wigan fans that would want Saints to beat the Roosters. I went to the last game, K Evans looked like a world beater in that game, I thought if he fills out he will be a monster. looking at him in the NRL last year for the Eels he still looks gangly. Robinson is a top coach did some good work at the Catalans. The game against Saints should be a sell out.

I want Saints to beat the roosters. Ive cheered on all British teams involved over the years.
Anything to annoy the Ockers IMO and help the British game
What's the rumpus, Tom?

Well id rather it was another UK team contesting the final that is for sure!
However Ive more respect for them than i have of the Aussie blowhards that show the comp contempt when they lose or brush it off as easy when they win.
Lets just say that i want SL to stick on up the NRL as often as humanly possible

You'll have to forgive some of the others. Blunt speaking is par for the course on here. Plus, while the NRL is greatly admired (and envied), we've had a few Aussies on here in the past who've been nothing but rude and scornful, so some regulars are always going to be a bit wary.
However, you don't sound like you're going to tick that box. So, welcome to the board and looking forward to chatting. Things will liven up on here as the new season gets closer.
I dunno about cheering for them, but I'll be happy to see a good contest. If Saints can turn them over (very unlikely, surely), then fair play to them. But I won't be massively invested in the result. Much like watching an NRL game, really.

I do understand this view but when Madge brought the Rabbitohs over, I found myself getting happier and happier the more severe the pasting got. I’d be just the same if the Roosters thump them too!
Easy one for me this; did Saints fans cheer us on v Brisbane, Cronulla and Roosters x 2? Absolutely not. Did they celebrate the losses and claim cheating for the win? Bloody right they did.
Will I be cheering them on? Absolutely bloody not. Will I take pleasure in Saints’ pasting? Damn straight. Up the Roosters.
